3D Motion Designer
We are currently seeking a creative and technically proficient 3D Motion Designer to join our team. This remote position involves creating dynamic and visually stunning 3D animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital media projects.
3D Animation Creation: Design and produce high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for digital media, including video content, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate project objectives and enhance the visual narrative.
Modeling and Texturing: Create and texture 3D models to be used in animations, ensuring they meet the project’s visual style and technical requirements.
Rigging and Animation: Rig and animate 3D characters and objects, applying principles of movement to create lifelike and engaging animations.
Rendering: Render and composite final animations, ensuring they meet quality standards and project specifications.
Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe After Effects, and other relevant tools to create and refine animations.
Quality Control: Review and edit animations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Feedback Incorporation: Receive and incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve animations.
Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in 3D animation and motion design to keep projects fresh and innovative.

Requirements
No experience required.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
Experience with rendering engines such as Redshift, Octane, or Arnold.
Knowledge of motion design principles, animation techniques, and visual effects.
Creativity: Strong creative and artistic skills with the ability to develop unique and visually compelling animations.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all animation work.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting animation concepts.
