We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven App Store Optimization (ASO) Specialist to join our team. This remote position involves optimizing app listings to improve visibility and drive downloads across app stores.
ASO Strategy: Develop and implement effective ASO strategies to enhance app visibility, increase downloads, and improve app store rankings.
Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords for app titles, descriptions, and metadata.
Optimization: Optimize app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and other app store assets to improve app store rankings and conversion rates.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ app store listings and performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
A/B Testing: Perform A/B testing on app store elements, such as icons, screenshots, and descriptions, to determine the most effective variations for driving engagement and conversions.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze app store performance metrics, such as downloads, rankings, and user reviews, to evaluate the effectiveness of ASO strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on ASO performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ASO, app marketing, and app store algorithms to ensure strategies are current and effective.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and developers to align ASO strategies with overall marketing and product goals.

Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in App Store Optimization (ASO) or a similar role, with a track record of improving app store rankings and driving downloads.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in ASO tools and platforms (e.g., App Annie, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action).
Strong understanding of app store algorithms and ranking factors for both iOS and Android platforms.
Experience with keyword research, A/B testing, and data analysis.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity: Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling app store assets and optimize app listings for maximum impact.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating persuasive app store content and collaborating with team members.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing app store guidelines and market conditions.
